Hands-On Sourdough Class

These small, hands-on classes are designed to take the mystery out of sourdough and give you the confidence to bake beautiful loaves at home. Classes are intentionally kept small so everyone gets personal instruction, time for questions, and a relaxed learning environment.

Each student will go home with everything needed to continue baking sourdough at home: An active sourdough starter in a jar A ready-to-bake sourdough loaf A mixing bowl that doubles as a proofing basket A bread lame A printed booklet with recipes, timelines, and step-by-step instructions
