When should you place an order, and when can you pick it up?

I’m a pre-order-only microbakery, so every loaf is made fresh with a little planning ahead. You can place an order any day, as long as it’s at least 2 days in advance. Pickup is available on Wednesday and Friday after 9:00 AM, usually between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please text before arriving so I can make sure your order is ready for you.

How does your weekly menu work?

Yes! I offer a rotating weekly menu with our most popular items, so not everything on the website is available every week. You can check the current menu here: https://bakesy.shop/b/bread-and-more. If you’re hoping for something outside the weekly lineup, custom orders are available with advance notice.

What if you need a custom order?

Absolutely! Custom orders are available with at least one week’s notice so I have time to plan and bake with care. This includes bulk orders like 24 English muffins or multiple dozen bagels, as well as specialty breads that aren’t on the weekly menu. There is a minimum quantity for custom requests, so please reach out with the details and we’ll take it from there.

Is there a storefront?

No, we do not have a storefront for browsing or same-day purchases. All pickups must be made at the pre-arranged time selected when ordering.

Yes, we can deliver your order! We partner with Uber for deliveries, so there’s an additional fee that goes directly to them.
